you can take snapshots from the video clips later.
Of course, resolution won’t be high.
Do you have plans to build a little website?
You need to locate an ISP that is willing to host somewhat “sensitive” content.
Before you find such ISP, determine what kind of website do you want. Do you want static content only? or with registration function? with ecommerce capability?
In the mean time, would you consider starting a group with Yahoo? or a family with Kimo?

我稍微自己練習了一下，也只能夠做出後高手小手縛的自縛。
至於兩隻手臂靠近手臂的自縛，我一直練習不出來。
兩個手臂靠在一起，手部很容易就麻了。
而且無法做出任何的動作。
我很想知道如何做出這樣的自縛。
