【劇情介紹】
隱蔽的湖畔林間是歡愉的天堂，卻也是無法自拔的慾望深淵。
炎熱的夏天，年輕俊男法蘭克一如往常地前往男同志專屬的湖畔尋歡天堂。他結識了中年出櫃的亨利，兩人非常投緣，建立起無話不談的友誼。雖然亨利已對法蘭克投入若有似無的感情，但法蘭克的心卻被陽剛精實、美如雕像、已有男伴的米榭爾所吸引，兩人進而發展出澎湃激情的肉慾關係。

阿蘭‧吉侯迪的《湖畔春光》為他在第66屆坎城影展的一種注目單元裡贏得極好的評價。取景在法國南邊的同志獵豔聖地，電影圍繞在一個湖畔所發生的浪漫、猖獗的慾望。這樣子的情感不禁讓人聯想到賈曼、法斯賓達，還有不朽的藝術家侯麥，但吉侯迪認為《湖畔春光》是受到1955年查爾斯勞頓執導，最具表現主義色彩的電影《獵人之夜》深遠的影響。

「情色讓生活更接近死亡」，這句名言在拍片途中縈繞吉侯迪心中。他認為自己是時候該去處理一些相較純愛、友愛而言更為嚴肅的議題，去呈現一切真槍實彈的情色愛慾。因此他一開始就決定從頭到尾在戲中採用替身，而劇本中有很多寫實場面，被以正面的、清楚的方式描繪。吉侯迪在南法充滿陽光、水、鳥鳴…的湖畔尋歡天堂花費9天拍攝，整部片被光寫成，也採用大量的自然音，利用故事線、聲音和鏡頭調度形成電影中想像和現實間的內部對話，並小心維持一個在喜劇和驚悚劇間、日常生活和魔幻之間的微妙平衡。

【法國導演】阿蘭‧吉侯迪 Alain Guiraudie
有句名言讓我印象很深刻，「情色讓生活更接近死亡」。

出生於1964年，農家出身的他完全是個自學的電影導演，少年時代寫過幾本他自認為很爛的小說。在一個製片人的鼓勵下，他將自己的一個短篇小說拍成了短片《英雄永遠不死》 HEROES NEVER DIE，自此之後，他決定要當個電影導演。兼職各種工作的同時，他持續拍攝短片，2000年他用五天的時間拍了一部中長片SUNSHINE FOR THE SCOUNDRELS，受邀至許多國際影展，然後他遇到一位賞識他的製作公司Paolo Films，他們合作了另一部中長片《老夢前行》THAT OLD DREAM THAT MOVES，不僅入圍了2001年的坎城影展「導演雙週」單元，獲得表彰青年導演獨立電影精神的尚維果獎，更被當時的評審高達盛讚為整個坎城最好的一部片。自此之後，他開始拍攝長片，《湖畔春光》是第四部劇情長片，也是第四度入圍坎城影展的作品。

吉侯迪早期的作品介於「現代西部片」「次文化故事」與「哲學寓言」間，《湖畔春光》雖然也是在充滿陽光的法國西南部拍攝，但與之前的作品風格迥異，丟棄了超現實的形式，反而藉著節制且精準的類型敘事，甚至接近50年代好萊塢「黑色電影」，試圖說一個關於「迷戀」的故事，但它沒有好萊塢黑色電影裡致命的女性，只有充滿誘惑且致命的男人。

從性慾來說，我過去總是較拐彎抹角。我從沒有真的著手處理我自己性慾的表現。
我第一次拍攝關於性、兩個交纏的身體、深情的擁抱、親吻的一場戲，是在《逃亡大王》中一個男人和年輕女孩的戲。也許是時候我該去處理一些更嚴肅的議題了。去呈現一切真槍實彈的情色愛慾…而不只是像我以往那樣只有胡鬧或是友愛之情，我所要表現的是激情的愛。
在《湖畔春光》中，我想提出的是被一個人深深影響至難以忘懷是什麼意思：而這能維持多久？

所以我從一個我最熟悉的世界開始，並推斷出能引起我興趣的元素：太陽、水、森林，都是極為情色和詩意的。愛和激情可能因此被提升，但它們是超越所有性別的。我想要以一種不同的方式直接去面對，藉著創造連續，其中綜合伴隨淫穢性愛而墜入愛河的情感，而不是拿高尚的感覺與性器官的淺薄功能來相互對抗。
