昨天（11/19）的社團輔導委員會審查中，BDSM社（皮繩愉虐社）的創社申請以一票之差遭到駁回；針對會議中被社團被質疑而導致不通過的理由，我們在此做出明確的回應，希望能在煽情與混亂的議場外能夠有重新理性對話的空間。
社團審查分為社團負責人報告活動規劃以及委員提問兩部分。儘管報告中提到的社團活動規劃主要為文化講座、讀書會、電影欣賞以及參與性別運動，然而在委員提問的過程中，獸醫系代表周崇熙教授卻不斷提出「實作層面」是否會有「安全疑慮」的問題：如果被虐的一方事後反悔、甚至發生危險時是否有應對的SOP（標準作業程序）？
針對這個疑問，我們一再的重申：「知情同意」一向是BDSM社群內的基礎共識，實踐者之間的行為都必須符合這個規範，就算開始之後真有反悔，實踐者也會尊重彼此的意願；而在我們的社課進行的是基本教學，指導者都有豐富的經驗與安全意識，成員也會彼此監督，因此相關的風險都經過評估與控制。然而，這樣的自律措施與精神卻不被委員們接受，仍舊不斷逼問是否有標準的作業程序。其實標準作業程序的本質並非保護傷者，而是使權力機構免於和患者發生糾紛，但委員們不僅無法包容BDSM文化自行發展的規範，甚至以自己認知的知識霸權扁平化地強加在不同文化活動脈絡中！
據當時場內與會成員指出，該名教授在結束提問程序後的表決中，以手機放出SM色情片與色情網站，並天馬行空地描繪成立後可能會在校園中出現公開的性行為：一個女性會在椰林大道被綁起來以酒瓶插入，變成一種對方自願的霸凌行為。這樣的言論是用自己對BDSM狹隘的想像恐嚇在場的委員；藉由其他委員對於性愛的保守想法以及這個群體的不瞭解（由於此時已結束提問程序，因此社團成員不在場內無法作出澄清與解釋）來塑造恐懼，也使整個表決意象逾越了社團輔導委員會只能「程序審查」的權限，變成以道德價值審查社團的實質內容。（註：在社團規章中，並沒有社團輔導委員會行實質審查的法源依據。）
雖然這次沒有通過社團輔導委員會的審查，但我們仍會努力繼續經營已經規劃好的社課，歡迎各方同好自行參加。同時我們也會繼續採取可行的管道成為正式社團，並堅持「BDSM愛好者」的政治身分，拒絕迎合保守的校方而將社團以「藝術」或「研究」包裝。若在體制內可行的手法都用盡，我們並不排除以抗爭手法對學校施壓，要求學校重視學生集會結社的權力，不要成為壓迫性少數的幫兇！
