來到第13屆的台灣同志遊行，意味著皮繩愉虐邦也是第13年決定投身其中，與台灣的 LGBTIQA 各種多元性別社群站在同一陣線發聲、為彼此的權益與身分爭取應有的能見度，同時也追求一個更為進步的社會。
作為一個實踐 BDSM 且投身性權運動的社群團體，我們深知在台灣除了讓人朗朗上口的「性別平等問題」之外，尚還有許多被普遍社會視為禁忌、赤裸裸的「性道德汙名」存在於各個不同的社會角落，並且隨著社群網路和媒體的發達而進入公眾的視野。無論是曾經紅極一時的火車性愛趴、或者是口交影片遭到曝光的影視人物，各種私人生活躍上公共檯面，無可避免的也讓「性」成為一種必須要被討論、被強迫看見的「公共議題」，甚至因此獲致各種帶有惡意的眼光與評價。承受著道德汙名的多元性愛實踐，在不小心見光的時候不僅無法主張自己的隱私權利，同時也必須受到各種難堪的「淫亂、變態、放蕩」等指控與公開審判。許多 BDSMer，也因此必須要極力隱匿自己異端身分的存在，切割自己因為社會對於多元性實踐的道德汙名。
呼應著本次台灣同志遊行強調兒少性權的「解放暗櫃、青春自主」論述，皮繩愉虐邦強調 BDSM 乃是一種包羅萬象、並且因此對既有的性道德秩序提出挑戰的實踐形式。對於綑綁拘束的喜好、對於疼痛的迷戀、對於支配關係的追逐、甚至是對於暴露羞恥的偏愛……這些觸動敏感神經的性癖，不只是私人閨房中的樂趣，同時也不可避免的在實踐與社群活動發生的同時成為可見的存在。因此，社會在面對這些多元實踐的時候，必須要體認到這些奇詭竄動的愛慾，並不是某種不能被討論的道德禁忌，而是真切的作為進行式的個人生命歷程。如何在各種實體與虛擬的空間中，讓這些禁忌與既有的社會價值典範相處、共存，是皮繩愉虐邦認為需要開啟討論與對話的重要議題。
除此之外，雖然皮繩愉虐邦的活動一直以來都對參與者的年齡進行自主規制，但隨著網路社群的發展、以及各種愉虐資訊隨著大眾文化快速擴散傳播，近幾年我們也發現了許多在法律定義上未成年的活動者，用各種方式嘗試著加入社群活動、或者進行軟蕊（不涉及性行為）或者硬蕊（涉及性行為）的 BDSM 實踐。基於思想立場上的開放，我們並不會預設未成年者不夠成熟到具有情欲認同的自主性，但我們也希望能藉由此次同志遊行對於年齡政治議題的關注，呼籲社會各界能意識到青少年情慾的存在，並且營造一個對於情慾探索友善、積極、正面的環境，讓所有的能都能自在的發展自己的慾望主體，而不用憂懼於惡意的窺探或是強迫性的壓抑，進而才能獲致一種更為良善的自我與社會關係。
