A fun and entertaining movie, the ending reminded me of something that I have always believed to be true in good BDSM relationships.

The Sub in a BDSM relationship is the person who is in control!
(And they should be the person who is in control)

A good illustration of this is the safe word! All BDSM relationships should have a safe word for the Sub to use.
That safe word is a big red nuclear button! It doesn’t matter what the Dom does, if the Sub hits that button, it nukes everything! Nothing stops a nuke, and nothing stops a safe word.
So when the Sub is the only person to have a safe word, they hold the power to nuke any play/event/situation, and there is nothing the Dom can do to stop that.

p.s. As a Dom, to any Subs. If you use your safe word, and your Dom doesn’t obey it… You have the wrong Dom!
