〈捆縛〉的創作源於陳珊妮年少時閱讀過的沙特劇本《無路可出》（No Exit），故事中兩女一男困於地獄的關係，被她引用來諷諭當代人往往習慣於用他人的目光來認識自己，接受社群上的讚美或批派，因此會用「別人都這麼做」來說服自己、保護自己，漸漸地便失去選擇跟判斷的能力。
